I qualified as a Primary Teacher in 1993. I have worked as a teacher in Birmingham, Leeds and London, and worked as a Curriculum Consultant for the London Grid for Learning (LGfL) for 2 years. In Summer 2011, I founded 21cLN as a social enterprise to build upon past successes and do even more for schools.

I have been teaching since 2003, and have a wide range of experience. I trained as a Primary teacher, and shortly after, I moved across to Secondary. My past roles include Head of ICT and Head of Year.
For the last three years I have been supporting schools on how to make the most of their ICT, including broadband internet, equipment, and the MLE. I work hard with schools to provide achievable, practical, and effective systems, tools, and programs to help meet their targets and aspirations.

I qualified as a Primary Teacher in 2003 having focused on SEN (Dyslexia and EBD) in my training, but moved straight into the Secondary sector, teaching ICT and Maths. I have been involved with the MLE since its early days in the UK, being one of the first schools in London to receive training and begin using the platform.
I worked as a Curriculum Consultant for the London Grid for Learning for three years, training and supporting staff with their use of ICT in Teaching and Learning. Since September 2011, I have worked with 21cLN to refine and enhance my work in this area.
